that cowgirl's chipotle slaw except i didn't use onion and i used brethren pepper mix instead of the chipotle in adobo.
Chipotle slaw 1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (more if you like) dash of salt to taste minced onion squeeze of fresh lime juice 1 bag of shredded cole slaw cabbage Mix and chill |

yep, that's the first i've seen it out of kentucky. i hear they have it on tap at the english pub at the greene. i'm thinking of making some bourbon bacon bread on sunday
