New Instructor at KC Culinary Institute: ME!

Met today with the KC Culinary Institute. I'll be their newest culinary instructor for the 3rd term in Sept-Dec!!! Obviously, I'll be doing grilling and BBQ classes. To start, I'll be teaching three one day courses. One will be a kid's grilling course.

Can't wait to take shots of French's Mustard in front of the class to wow them.

Anyway, I'm really honored and excited about this.
