It isn't off the smoker, but if my wife didn't grab the bottle, I might have drank it while BBQ'ing.
My wife calls this "Candy's pecan rum cake". Yeah, she grabbed my good coconut rum. That's the rum "syrup" being soaked up in the middle of the cake. Thought ya might enjoy. Might work in a dessert category at some comp!

We do love some rum cakes in my house...hate to make it cause I can't walk by it without having a piece! That one looks great!

Hangin' out in hopes of being able to get the recipe. I love Rum Cake and bake them for the holidays, faithfully....awesome they are and the pic above looks so tempting! I'm sure it is very tasty.
