Default Cambro Alternative

I've noticed that a lot of you, especially those that compete, use a cambro or carlisle for coolering your meats.

After my small foray into catering for family (http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=90075) I see the wisdom in this. In the coolers I have I couldn't get a full pan to fit and I wasn't smart enough to check before hand. Previously I had only used half pans.

I was wondering if any one had used a Rubermaid Proserve catering bag before and if it makes an acceptable substitute? I seems to be the same idea and have the same specs as far as temperature holding capability.

Here is the ad for a used one that prompted this:

What say you?
(Mods please move if this isn't the right spot)

Part of the value of a Cambro or Carlisle is the ease of use. That Rubbermaid deal does not look user friendly when you are in the weeds...

I concur with the ease of use statement. Go with a Carlisle or Cambro and you'll love how the front loading trays work.

I bought a Carlisle off Craigslist 2 years ago and still say it is one of my best investments.
