Default It's that time again - Bacon Candy!

Black pepper crusted bacon + Yardbird + light brown sugar + white oak on the Klose = yum yum time (according to my daughter).







Probably will be gone by mightnight!

Yardbird = Plowboy's Yardbird rub
Light brown sugar (self explanatory).
Klose = stickburning offset burning white oak wood splits.

I like just a tad bit of Cayenne pepper in my rub too. I just put in like less that a teaspoon. Old man here.

Tamed down the choice of rub... by request.
However I do normally add a hint of habanero.
