Lastnight I made a Turkey Sausage and a Mendolia's Italian Sausage hand-rolled Fattie:

The Turkey Sausage Fattie was Amazing!!

Hand-rolled Fattie pretty tastie Too!!

Made some Yeast Rolls on the smoker!!

That's great!

I've tried a fattie w/ JD reduced fat sausage and didn't notice much difference. I think it is good to where it makes sense to use healthier ingredients to do it.

I was alittle nervous that the Turkey Fattie maybe Dry; It was so freakin Delicious! I was very impressed with the Healthier Sausage!
