Fill-A-MigNon on a Steek
Earlier in the week I cut up a whole filte and cubed some that was too small for steaks. Decided today to do kabobs. Marinated 3 hrs in Cheerwine and Moores with sweet onions, bell peppa, and some shrooms.
Skewered the veggies seperate from the meat, set up 18.5 weber with RO briqs dumped in the middle. Started veggies first. Let the veggies cook for a few then added the meat indirect. After about 15 mins the veggies were done and it was time to sear the meat. Seared for 2mins on each side and that was it. Everything was done. Wife fixed some kind of rice stuff from a pack and a box of Red Lobster Chedder Bay Biscuits. What a great meal. That filet is super tender! Thanks for looking.
