Default Good Sausage

Has anyone ever made Goose Jalapeno Cheddar sausage? My son has had a pretty good hunting year and wanted to try this. Looking for recipe.

No recipes seen. I make a goose sausage with 25% goose 25% bacon 45% pork 5% beef tallow then season, and stuff turns out very good.
