Default Brisket is like Whiskey

Mass produced versus custom manufacturing. I've had some very good of both.
Top Shelf versus eye level- depends on current budget priorities select-prime
Airline bottles versus Fifth's- 8-15#
Neat- rocks- mixed -rubbed injection Nekkid?
Taste-texture-color- foil paper nekkid

Yep, lots of likeness in the two

Balvenie Doublewood 12 is my current poison of choice. Rocks. But just a few.

The title made me smile. I don't care for either, but know there are some who do.

God makes brisket- man makes whiskey but it was divinely inspired. (and if it wasn't, I'm still going with that)

They are the same in that I consume "too much of both" (my doctor may be a quack- so I will continue)

You had the Carribbean Cask? That supplanted Doublewood as my favorite.

Gosh....now I'm gonna have to go buy some tonight.

I don't do whiskey, but my other 1/2 does love some Balvenie. She grew up in the British West Indies...and they drink a good bit more single malt than they do rum.
