Looks good. I've found that pounding them out a little helps out. I go with the thin cut and still pound them down some.

I love them.....but wrapping that thigh up is a pain in the butt. Stuff falling out everywhere. Fine, I'm a complainer! They taste great though.

I got friend who does something similar, but uses ground beef. Really nice when you hit the melted cheese.
Going to give this a try & see how chicken bombs compare
