Took my 9lb pork loin and cut it in two. rolled them out and stuffed them. One with an apple, onion, brown sugar mix

I've done the tapenade before so I know how good that is. How's the apple one turn out? Sure sounds and LOOKS great!

The apple one was good, but the other one had more flavor.
