Are Farmer John spares "enhanced" ??
I got this from the Farmer John website.... is the sodium listed "natural" or because of some brine FJ adds?

No I do not think they are "enhanced" like say Hormel
The off flavor effect of that process is not good for sure

They are not.
Enhanced ribs will clearly (in small print) state they are enhanced with X% of ....
