Seasoned with webers Boston bay and Cajun seasoning.

Prepped some red onion. Added lemon juice and habanero and let them marinated for 1 hour minimum.

Got my weber going with half a chimney of charcoal and added orange wood for added heat.

This was a gift brough over from Mexico. It's a plow disc.
 
Now I have a picture of Martin Sheen in the hotel room from Apocalypse Now in my head. Great fish, BTW.
