Another late night cook. Listening to some good music.

Prepping the fish cut slits on them.

Seasoned with webers Boston bay and Cajun seasoning.

Prepped some red onion. Added lemon juice and habanero and let them marinated for 1 hour minimum.

Got my weber going with half a chimney of charcoal and added orange wood for added heat.

Plated and ready to eat ...

Something to keep me up...

Tony I am allergic to Fish and that looks horrible.


















just joking, yes allergic, but that fish looks great , my wife would hit on it.
Show me more of your Fry pan for the Weber please, that's new to me .
