Default Chucky 2 ways - new Kamado Joe Classic!

My new cooker showed up yesterday. Didn't have a chance to break it in til today. Decided that Chucky was going to be the inaugural cook.

You're probably wondering what the fark the pictures above are here for?!

Sitting on a bed of beef broth, onions and jalapeños

Big Joe in the back getting jealous.

Chugging along nicely...any minute now.

Ready to come off!

Pulled and sauced, then put on some provolone, onions on a ciabatta roll.

In the press.

Chuck paninis!!

One way in the books, now time for some chucky burnt ends.

Done!

The first 2 pictures are photos that I submitted to Kamado Joe for a monthly contest. The winner of the photo contest gets a brand new Classic Joe. I was fortunate enough to be chosen as the winner for the month of February!! Still stoked!!!!!
