I've already posted the details in the TD thread which you can read here but was unable to post the cook thread til now 'cause I was at work when I posted the entry and too busy helping deguerre with his sides (and the fry batter/breading last night - oh, not to mention plating advice:heh

Well I figured it had to be dolled up somehow. Funny thing is I thought about the idea whils't under the influence Tuesday night...then woke up Wednesday morning and racked my brain thinking, "I know I came up with some awesome idea - damn, just can't remember". Then it hit me during my lunch break that day so I told Guerry about it...what was I thinking?:doh: Luckily our conversation was via e-mail - can you say paper trail? :becky:
