Nothing dang it!! It's restaurant week in Charlotte and the wife wants us to go out with friends this weekend. Good thing is we get go to the " Finer" restaurants for only $30 a person for 4 courses. My vote is the Brazillian steak house.

Ribs!!! Family coming in tonight so I am getting ready to put 2 slabs of pork ribs on. Think I will try these without butchering into St Louis style, haven't cook 'em that way in a while.

ABT's!!! Made these a while ago for these folks and they won't quit talking about them. Gonna stuff them with cheese and some homemade buckboard bacon that just got done.
