Set the Jumbo Joe up

Seasoned with Albukirky mix

And put 'er on

Let JJ do its thing

A few hours in

Another few hours and she was done

Butter toasted brioche loaf slices

Neighbors got first dibs

Then I made a sammich with toasted brioche,pulled pork of course with wasabi dijon slaw, jalapenos on the side

I planned on using my pig rotisserie and burn sticks but it just got too hot here today. Plan B worked out great actually. Give it a "spin" for sure. :-D

I never have either, I need to fix that. Also a good reminder I should order more Albukirky. I bet that beer worked great with the grub :thumb: it all looks great!

Thanks Suds! I had planned on spinning it with sticks in my pig rig but it was just too hot today. JJ roti did great actually with no effort. Try it for sure and the beer went great with it. Love most of the stuff from New Belgium especially the Voodoo Ranger line.
