Greetings From The Beach!
Hi all,
The name is Chris, or as the friends call me, CrazyWhls. I'm a 27yr old computer nerd who has loved bbq for as long as he can remember. I've always been into cooking, but living in Southern California and near the beach never really lent to "omg great" bbq. However, now my dad & I are making smoking a hobby. For Father's Day I bought him a Masterbuilt 40" Electric Smoker. Sadly, I couldn't afford the hand-built smokers from Texas...haha. However we quickly found out our smoker makes some mean BBQ! Since then we've been trying to learn all we can about bbq'ing and finding new recipies. I found this forum via Big Mista's BBQ's site and I'm hoping to learn a lot more from you all!
