Talking Well Its been awhile...

Since I fired up the ol Bandera or posted on here but since I did one I had to do the other... 2 1/2 hrs in to my slow and low fathers day brisket.................


And again fat side up at 5hrs........................................


I will post a pic or to after its ready mmmmmmm Beef its whats for lunch.

Iceman,
I got it in the cooler at 10:30am and by the time I get my corn,beans, and potato salad ready it will be ready to slice up. I'll post sliced pics soon. Happy Fathers day Guys.

Thanks guys. It ate well too lol. Im gonna do another one for my son's birthday weekend after next. Im sure hoping to get the same result as this one being since it will be for friends as well as family. Im thinking about throwing some ribs in with it but my ribs are really lacking. I guess I havent burned up my quota yet to be blessed with rib nervana. Any suggestions are more than welcome.
