Mine sharing who you use. Was thinking of contacting my home agent to start with. First I need to get something to insure.

One more reason to buy trailer insurance, to include liability.

A couple of contests ago a fellow drug his trailer across the front of my Ram.
Said he was insured with the same company as we were---no problem.
We called the company on the spot---should have been easy.

It turns out that he had not insured the trailer separately and it was being pulled by a truck belonging to a relative but driven by him.

Result was that he had to pay the $400 (+) repair bill out of pocket.

Trailer insurance is cheap compared to loss or liability expenses.

JMHO

I have my trailer insured with the same company as I do my two vehicles. When our trailer got stolen with our bbq stuff inside the stuff inside fell under my home owners insurance and trailer with my vehicle insurance.

Was it stolen from your home, storage or elsewhere?
