Wraps are ready.

Ribs smoked up heavily in first three hours. Packed in there tight.

Getting situated

Some cinnamon apple sauce on the bone side.

A little cinnamon apple sauce spread over the bone side.

Sealed up

Packed back in there tight

Trying to leave an open spot for the temp probe

Temps now recovering from open-close reloading.

German engineering tasting good & the Falcons have first blood !

As long as I hold onto my wallet when I shop there, I love Fresh Market.

Their stuffed loins and chops are unreal.

Augusta area.

Loving the Falcons performance thus far....that Seahawks O-line, though, is giving Russell Wilson a LOT of time.

First time using this rub.

I've tried their chili seasoning and was highly impressed. Followed their recommended recipe right off the bottle and let it simmer in the crockpot most of the day.....awesome.

This rib rub looks good thus far....we'll see soon enough how it tastes.

Finally got them flipped over in the wraps.

The color was great. Even if they didn't taste good, they'd look good :)

Mixed these two sauces 50/50 & brushed on.

Sprinkled very lightly with Smoking Guns and let em stay in Akorn a few more minutes.

Ribs and collards destroyed.

Time to cleanup and get back to the game....Seahawks are dangerously close to a scrambling win from behind......

It really was. I hate when coaches try to ice the kicker.....so glad it backfired on old sneaky Pete. I'm really happy for Tony Gonzalez.

Next weekend will be tough!
