Default First "Out of House Gig"

Joined the local chamber of commerce awhile back. (Thanks to a brothers suggestion)
Got called a few weeks back to come out and provide some grub for a chamber mixer for appx. 200 people. (Yesterday)
We did 80 lbs of our house wings, 50 Mojoe's (Garlic and Cajun) french rolls, carrots and celery.
Of couse the food was well enjoyed, and the whole thing went down flawlessly.

The leftovers went to the homeless shelter.
