bbq franchises
hi brethren
has anyone here ever bought or are in a bbq franchise. If so how do you like it? I see all these ads for dickies franchise bbq. If i opened a bbq joint it would have to be my own place. but i am curious what the brethren think alan http://thebarbecuemaster.net

I think most people have a negative feeling about franchised BBQ. I imagine it is because BBQ sort of family and low key. People associate that with mom and pop shops. I don't see why franchise BBQ couldn't work, but it would likely be a challenge to get people over their pre-conceived notions.
