My Costco just started carrying 505 Hatch Green Chiles and they were on sale for $5.50. I highly recommend them. I used them so far in my chili and also on top of focaccia, great flavor and really enhanced both dishes.

I've used that salsa for quite a while, pretty good stuff for store bought :thumb:

I agree, for store bought chilis!
We use that and some fire roasted chilis I do when we do our green chili pork and chicken recipes

I actually just got a jar but haven't had a chance to use it yet.

These huge jars of 505 Chile’s from Costco are really good. I emailed them about shelf life and they said three weeks after opening. They also suggested that you could freeze smaller portions to use as needed with no loss of flavor but that texture will not be as good.

Thanks for the post. I’ve almost picked one up the past three times I’ve been in the store but didn’t pull the trigger.
