Was at my local grocery store and found a bone in half picnic that i picked up to make some pulled pork its about 5lbs. on a side note it is 11 degrees this morning and the fatboy got to temp in about 45 min and is holding strong.
I am thinking of buying a couple smaller butts for a work event that is tomorrow. How long did it take to cook and what temp. I unusually only do 8 or 9 lb butts
