We are going to use a community kitchen to bottle bbq sauce. We have only done it at home in mason jars where you get the "pop" when it's sealed. How do you know it's sealed if we use plastic 16oz bottles? We plan to use the pressure sensitive seals and a screw cap, then a tamper seal.
