Broke in the new to me medium egg. Did some trimmed wings dusted with PlowBoys Yardbird rub. Cooked raised direct with the Woo ring at about 375*. Damn fine wings with crispy skin and meat pulled right off the bones.

I did a brisket over night, coolered and then held in the oven at 170* for an hour. It was rubbed with D Dog's original.

Did 2 sage fatties, some ABTs, a pack of dogs and some beans. Not many after pics due to the game and the vultures.

Do they make a raised grate for the Medium?
Looks like you don't have to worry about frying the gasket!

The 2 level cook was on the large. The wings were the only thing cooked on the Med.

Oh yea, the large egg ran on the same load of fuel for 23 hours. And it was only loaded just about to the firering.

Awesome looks real good

You people with the eggs are starting to make me fat with everything you are cooking

my plan to create an army of eggers and take over the world is working perfectly!
