Thai style grillin tonight....

I planted my own lemon grass and Thai basil last year. Thai food is so good on the grill.
Care to share the sweet potato chili recipe? That sounds and looks amazing.

Drop cake aka Dump cake. You take the specified ingredients and dump them in your cookin' utensil and when all are added you put in your cookin' device and that's all folks.

Seriously, google dump cake recipe and you'll be overwhelmed with them. I favor in no particular order: peach, pineapple, or pineapple and cherry. Toward the end of the cook you can top them with coconut, pecan pieces, brown sugar, etc. Often times they make a 9" x 9" sized dessert.

Wow, those look outrageously delicious. I too am interested in the pineapple shrimp kabob AND the sweet 'tater chili. Yummo!!

Good looking chow Dub . . . . .
