Default Question re: reheating bbq in crockpot

I smoked a 10lb butt yesterday and a big chicken. Pulled them both and brought them into work today for my team at work for lunch. I'm wondering -- how long do you think I should allow for them to heat up? Should I choose the higher setting or the lower? Will one dry it out more so than the other?

BTW, I also brought in tortillas, sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese. Kind of a cinco de mayo celebration. However, I brought in several bbq sauces in case some folks would prefer that instead...

I wish I worked with you today! I would pop the slow cooker on high for a half hour and then set it on low.. I don't think it'll dry out too bad if the lid is on. Have fun!

I'd add some apple juice or beer too.
