Black pepper crusted bacon + Yardbird + light brown sugar + white oak on the Klose = yum yum time (according to my daughter).

Probably will be gone by mightnight! :wink:

Interesting. Do you have a recipe?

Thought I did... a sprinkle of this and a sprinkle of that :thumb:

Black pepper crusted bacon + Yardbird + light brown sugar + white oak on the Klose = yum yum time (according to my daughter).

Yardbird = Plowboy's Yardbird rub
Light brown sugar (self explanatory).
Klose = stickburning offset burning white oak wood splits.

:wink:

I like just a tad bit of Cayenne pepper in my rub too. I just put in like less that a teaspoon. Old man here.

Yours looks awesome Bob!

Thank you, Sir.

Tamed down the choice of rub... by request.
However I do normally add a hint of habanero. :thumb:
