Default Ass-up Pizza Pie

Used a Sausage blend as a Pizza Crust.
70% pork and 30% beef mince, dry onion and Garlic with heaps of a Cajun Pepper blend
Tasted Awesome, crust was a bit droopy, but we did try full slice sizes, all the flavours blended well.

We are going to do another of these and slice into 50mm x 50mm slices and use as entree/beer snacks.
The taste is a nice blend, also a novel serve we believe.
Thanks for looking in
