Got a pork butt in now, and country style ribs and brats to go in later. Soaked the butt and ribs in a pint of honey with three cups salt and 2quarts water with crushed pineapples. Would normally do apple juice, but needed to get rid of the honey. Margarita machine will be here at 2:00. I am sure I can save SOME ffort he gesssstss.

I'd suggest turning out the lights and not answering the doork, but the smoke from the back would probably have them climbing the fence.

Well, its the next day, no pork butt left because two people argued about who got to take it home, so I split it and sent it. Still have a few ribs left. And five gallons of frozen margaritas....what to do..... :mrgreen:
