Default Wife is gone, so I'm having a "Strip" party...

Wife took the kids for the evening so what is a man to do?
Went to store, had New York Strips on sale!!! Got myself 2 of them. I like to start all my "strip" parties with rubbing them down with a little oil first, then massaging in some Lowerys and cracked pepper.

Then I always start them out real slow!

Then just before they are almost ready, I turn the heat up!

Once I get them all hot and bothered, I let them rest. Just so they think about what gonna happen next!

And then just when I'm about to...... Well you know what's coming next. The fork shot!!

Thanks for looking!! It's been fun cooking, and the steaks were very good!!

I'm very glad this maintained a focus on Grilling, despite the intentions of the heading!

Nicely done!

Cheers!

Did you post the wrong picture. I could have sworn you said yeast, hops, and barley, which would mean beer.

All you were missing was some bass-heavy bow-chicka-wow-wow music.
