Default Salmon on the Egg(pron)

</SPAN>Tonight I tried something a little different.I used DP's Shakin the Tree,EVOO,fresh lemon and rosemary.I fired up the XL BGE at 350* raised/direct and cooked up the beauties Anyway,if you're wondering,they were great Here's the pron.....

We grill a lot of Salmon, we fish lake Michigan, you can cook it at 400 degrees, get the carmelization thing working. Your looks wonderful.
