6 # Butt only took 3 1/2 hours to hit 195* cooking at 350+ degrees. Wrapped and coolered for 1 hour and then pulled. Came out perfect. Time for Sammies and football!
Did a quick cook butt last weekend...EXCELLENT! Wifey was very complimentary about texture and taste. She is an excellent cook so it was a good comment. Keep on truckin brothers.
