Smile Salmon for Christmas Dinner

This is my first try at smoking salmon.
Have family and guest coming over today.
I did a dry brine overnight.
Rinsed with cold water this morning.
Dried and on rack.
Will put them on this afternoon.
Hope I can get my Rebel 17 to cook at a low temp around 130 to 150.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Looks good. We do a lot of salmon in the smoker. Favorite is with raspberry preserve spread on top, then smoked!

Sounds good.
I was thinking about some maple syrup during the last 1/2 hour.
Did not want to interfere with the smoke.
Going to use apple wood.
You?
