Default Black Ops Christmas brisket & turducken

Oakridge Black Ops brisket cooked for Christmas! The flavor is amazing! Bark looked perfect. It coulda cooked a little longer but I ran out of time due to some issues with my traeger, my new digital thermostat upgrade had my temps all over the place. Gotta call traeger tomorrow.

Also did a turkey with some wild duck inside. I used Oakridge Wild Game Bird rub on turkey and the duck.
