You are so lucky this is in Q-Talk. The finished product looks great. I can't say anything about the crappy start. :laugh:
 
No one actually uses dried cow dung to directly smoke meat, do they? I always thought it was just for a heat source.

That being asked, the food looks really good!
 
The grill is made of cow dung.

Crappy charcoal, crappy cooker, a match made in heaven.

I did not pickup on the fact the grill was cow dung. My question now is, how was the "clay" made?
 
Put a couple on my plate. They look great!!!
