Junior doesn't know it yet, but he's grilling up dinner tonight! I found some nice tri tip medallion type steaks last night and that will be diner. I'm also a big fan of the McCormick's GrillMates. I found this one: http://www.mccormick.com/Products/Gr...Seasoning.aspx
I think it would go well on the tri tips steaks.

I'll have him post some pron.

Lastly, your responses make his day. He asks if anyone has responded to his posts and one of the first things he looks at and asks is "where is this person from?" Plus, on the parent side, he gets some really good practice reading your reponses as well.

That chicken looks great! My 4 year old already loves hanging around the smoker, and I can't wait to get one thats all his own!

Great! I remember cooking when I was just old enough to stand on a chair and stir boiling water (cooking is cooking, right?)
For Tri Tips I use Pappy's
