Some brisket pron
My parents are in town for the weekend and I since I've only recently gotten into BBQ, I haven't been able to smoke a brisket for them yet. Here it is, they loved it. I was really pleased with how the smoke ring and bark turned out, definitely surprised. I thought I'd screw it up :) Haha
All thanks to you helpful people. Thank y'all so much for answering endless questions. Y'all are great. |
