Liquid gold? I am assuming those are the drippings. Do you separate the liquid gold or leave it like it is?

Into coldest spot in fridge overnight. You can use the top layer just like butter. Bottom layer will be jelly like and is a fantastic addition to soups stews chili beans greens etc. I’ll use some not all of the top, but the jelly will all be used
