Briskets and butts on a Sunday.

Had hooked up the mechanics at work a while ago with some packets of brisket and pulled pork. They loved it and about a month ago asked me to do a brisket and butt for them.

Finally got a chance so I did 1 of each for myself as well. Nothing fancy, just a successful cook which I'm a always thankful for.

Thanks Evil!! The mechanics aren't real well versed on the meat itself so I labeled the flat "F" and point "P" since I separate them each cook.
