Default Pork Butts in the works...

Wifes brother is in town from Colorado, so decided to take off work and throw some butts on the pitt. Here's some before, the smoker doing it's thing, and about 5 hours into it. Couple more hours and time to bust out the Shack attack and give that stuff a try!
