Wow, another great idea. Nothing like taking sghetti and meatballs and classin it up and making it fun.

I hope you dont get tired of playing with your food as I dont get tired of reading and looking at your attempts(except for them oysters, maybe)

Neat idea! Could go further and use sliced black olives for eyes and a piece of red bell pepper for a mouth- edible Italian shrunked heads!

LOL Jeanie, another first. I was curious tho, did the part of the noodle inside the meatball get done enough? And personally I think playin' with your food is a perfectly good pasttime!

Thanks Code3! The noodle was tender inside of the meatball. I was worried that the spaghetti would be overcooked by the time the meatballs were done, but it turned out fine. Better than I expected.
