Default Pulled Pork Question Please

I have been asked to bring pulled pork to a work pot luck lunchen.
the problem is it will be on a Wend at noon and I will have to make it on a sunday.
The question: If I warm it up that wend in a crock pot how much flavor, smoke and texture will it keep or loose. I would rather warm it back up in an oven but that is not an option.

my cambro maybe an option but to lug it in here at work would be a pain. I could warm it up at home then into the cambro but it would set for 5 hours??

Anyone have any Ideas for me?

I warm it up in a crock pot all the time. Works perfect! Just add some apple juice in if it gets a little dry.

I keep mine in a Ziplock or Foodsaver bag and immerse in near boiling water until heated through. Just as good as the day you made it. I think it is actually better for whatever reason.

I've also done it in the crock pot like Rich. Don't worry, it will be great!

Smoke it and pull it sunday. Keep in ziplock bags. At work dump the pulled pork with a little bit of apple juice into the crock pot and let it warm up in there. Turns out just fine!

Save your drippings if you have any and add it back into the crock pot. I also use Apple Cider Vinegar instead of apple juice.
