Fine lookin' product right there, certainly enough to make one drool a bit! Congrats on the cook and the cooker, sounds like you are havin' a lotta fun!
 
Tri-tip is just a great cut of meat. It's quick, simple, cheap and a true crowd pleaser. Who doesn't like a $13, 2.5# steak?!

That foods looks great. That cooker is awesome. Do you know the brand of the charcoal cooker or was that a home built unit also ?

Seems to be a home built unit as well.....did not see any identification on it. I prob could ask where my friend got it.....he gave it to me because it was too big for him.
 
That's a neat little piece of equipment there...looks like it would be fun. Brisket looks awesome!:eusa_clap
