Default Korean Tacos

Hi guys,

I noticed I had just one lonely beef rib left in the freezer, not worth smoking just one rib so Korean tacos it is.

Off to the Blackstone after a 4 hour marinade:

Plated, full disclosure, I bought the egg rolls and sweet-n-sour chicken, we have a great local place... Obviously I was drawing a blank for sides so why not a Korean-Chinese mash up:

Thanks for looking,
Greg

Just a little mayo, lime juice and sriracha.. It's a pretty good combo to cut the sweetness of the marinade....

Thanks,
Greg
