Lets try this again

Smoked a fatty and a couple butts today. Got them ready last night. This my second go round I know no pron it didn't happen. The first fatty lasted 3 days. So I was ordered to make another one.
3 packs of thick bacon, 3 lb of sausage, 1 lb each of Hot, Sage, and Italian, yes it is a big one.
Stuffing with 4 jalapenos (wish we could find some real hot ones here), 1/2 med onion, 8 Oz. mushrooms
and yes black olives.
Time to cook.
Finally done Long day of fighting temp and weather.
A little cutting up
I know the bark didn't turn out good but the boss lady said they all were good.

That's one HUGE Fattie!!!!!!

It's enormous...three packs of thick bacon and three pounds sausage comes to about six pounds of pure fatty goodness.

You've outdone yourself and are helping define "FATTIE"!

Nice work.
