Default Thanksgiving Smoked Turkey at -10 degrees

Happy Thanksgiving one and all. Put my turkey on this morning and it was -10 degree gotta love MN weather. The bird came off a while back and is resting. Can't wait to try it.

Once the smoker is up to temp, no worries! Way to keep the smoke a flowing during the cold months! Bet it'll be awesome.

Smoked a turkey at my brother-in-law's house today in Austin, MN. Started snowing in the afternoon. Looked at the radar, one patch of snow and we we're in it.
