Default Some fish tacos...

I made some grilled fish tacos for supper the other night.

Made my chipotle slaw...

Mix 1/2 cup of mayo
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped (you can use more)
some chopped onion
salt to taste
a squeeze of lime juice
and 1 bag of pre-shredded cabbage
chill while grilling the fish





and my pico de gallo.....








heated up the grill grate... (first time I've tried this)



tried some swai for the first time too....




this is the grill grate thingy that gets in between the grates to pick up the food... It's kinda fun to use!






heated my tortillas...




the grilled fish tacos with chipotle slaw and pico....



The swai was very mild in flavor.. a lot like tilapia.

Oooooooo...delish. I do love fish tacos...Slaw recipe sounds good too! I'd probably add a wee bit of hot sauce (for flavoring, not heat) too.

Thanks Guerry, I bet hot sauce would taste good in it. I use some of the adobo that the chipotles come in.. you can make the slaw as hot as you like. :)
